Position Overview:

The Account Manager is passionate about customer service and leading others, while being consistently proactive, assertive and willing to get your hands dirty along the way.  The top candidate will be an enthusiastic “take charge” type who enjoys developing professional business relationships with highly-respected clients throughout Northeast Ohio.  You will manage a thriving base of clients while having the opportunity to build your own book of business. 

Essential Functions

       Management of assigned accounts

       Maintaining client relationships

       Providing quality assurance oversight

       Proactively seeking new sales opportunities to grow business

       Networking with industry affiliations

       Training and support of staff, on-going

       Manage schedule of staff, covering staff absences

       Developing existing clients for expanded sales opportunities

       Interviewing of potential staff

       Expected to provide hands-on cleaning services, during initial launch phase

Job Qualifications

        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

        Willingness to take initiative

        Ability to multitask


        Intermediate or greater proficiency in the use of technology/computers and Microsoft applications

        Customer-centric focus

        Valid State Driver’s License and Reliable transportation

        Must be patient in dealing with staff and often demanding customers

        Expected to give detailed weekly report with daily communication

        Inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies

        Previous account management experience is required
