The Customer Service Representative creates
orders in GEC operational software, prints regulatory paperwork, maintains
client-related databases manage and promote growth in a designated house
accounts, and works with multiple departments, and communicates with clients
regarding requested services.

accuracy prior to use on-site or in the field.

The knowledge of basic hazmat regulation.
The knowledge of RCRA and how to apply it to the paperwork.
The knowledge of Department of Transportation rules and
regulations for our industry.
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications. Experience with WasteLinq and QuickBooks
would be an asset.
Strong organizational skills.
Above-average comprehension skills to understand
instructions and safety rules, both verbal and written.

suppliers, supervisors, drivers, employees, and the general public.
Education: High school diploma or
Experience: Minimum of 1-year administrative experience. Prior experience in environmental,
remediation, and /or fleet operations preferred.
