You will be responsible for executing
operating strategy and establishing clear goals and metrics for the operational
teams in the Cultivation division by aligning with corporate financial and
strategic goals to produce high quality products with ever increasing quality,
efficiency, and profitability. You will oversee day-to-day functions of the
cultivation production areas, manage all cultivation associates, ensure all
processes, SOPs, training requirements, schedules, policies, and procedures are
followed, ensuring the cultivation production goals are met and checking and
verifying all harvested crops for processing, drying, trimming, COAs,
packaging, labeling and dispatch.
You will have your bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) in
Plant Biology, Physiology, Biological Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, or
related major and 10+ years of cultivation and management experience. You will have a strong understanding of the
science behind plants and previous experience managing a large scale horticulture
facility. Your excellent ability to
management people, with respect, will be needed in this role. Experience using Argus Systems and/or Priva
is a plus.
