Part-Time Class 3 Driver - Sussex

About the Company:

Sussex Metals Limited, an affiliate of John Ross & Sons Ltd. is currently seeking a General Laborer to join our team in Sussex, New Brunswick!  As the largest scrap metal recycling facility in Atlantic Canada, we are currently seeking an energetic and safety minded part-time class 3 driver to join our expanding team! 

Previous driving experience (2+ years) is a must as well as a clean driving record.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Organize and load product

• Safely navigate the vehicle

• Ensuring safety and security of cargo

• Gather appropriate paperwork for deliveries

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle

• Ensure deficiencies are noted and reported to proper manager

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years experience

• Must hold valid Class 3 License

• Clean Drivers Abstract

• Good communication skills

• Safety Minded

Hours of Work: Part-time, 1-2 days per week when needed

Rate starts at $24.00/hr and goes up depending on experience.
