Senior Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist to manage the placement and renewal of a well-established $1MM commission book of business. This role partners closely with producers and carriers to secure competitive coverage solutions while delivering a high level of service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage marketing efforts for new and renewal commercial business
• Partner with producers to develop coverage strategies and placement options
• Negotiate with carriers to secure competitive terms and pricing
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and market representatives
• Analyze submissions and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Track marketing activity and ensure timely follow-up on all submissions
• Provide technical guidance on underwriting trends and market conditions
• Support client retention through effective placement strategies

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License
• 5+ years of experience in commercial lines marketing or account management
• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers and underwriting processes
• Experience working with middle-market or large commercial accounts
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

Preferred

• Experience in Southern or Gulf Coast insurance markets
• Existing carrier relationships

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $90,000
