Role Overview
This is a mobile roadside assistance position focused on helping stranded motorists with common vehicle issues. The job combines driving, light mechanical work, customer service, and battery-related sales and service. Technicians work independently in the field using a service vehicle and dispatch system.

Primary Duties
- Perform jump-starts, battery testing, battery installation, and warranty battery replacement
- Handle tire changes, lockouts, and minor roadside repairs
- Respond promptly to roadside service calls
- Communicate effectively with dispatch
- Maintain accurate service and communication records
- Deliver professional customer service and promote battery sales when appropriate
What They’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Mechanical aptitude is helpful, but training is provided
- Customer service experience is preferred
