The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance
staff ensuring work is completed correctly in an efficient and safe manner. The ideal candidate will have proven
results handling maintenance issues and will be capable of problem solving
quickly. This person must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and enjoy
the challenges of supporting an extensive operation.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the maintenance
Evaluate systems and facilities to determine maintenance or
repairs that need to be performed.
Plan work assignments and project schedules.
Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in
a timely manner.
Must have good knowledge and skills of construction trades
including electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, locksmith and

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Three (3) to five (5) years experience in the same or similar role
preferably in hospitality.
Experience working with outside HOA and property management
Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing,
electrical, and HVAC.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Strong emphasis in customer service
Enjoy interacting with people in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, accounting and time management skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite.
Expert level of written and verbal communication skills, strong decision
making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Must possess a positive attitude
Must be willing to participate in a learning environment

Must be able to quickly adapt to effectively using new software
High school or equivalent education required, Bachelor’s degree
Preferred EPA or CPO certifications.
Drivers license and clean driving records required.
