Parking & Pool Attendant - Avista Resort
Shifts: 7 am - 3 pm & 3 pm - 11 pm Rate: $12 - $14 per hour

Job Summary:
This position combines responsibilities across parking and pool operations on a rotating schedule. The attendant will ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests while assisting with both parking management and poolside support. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and comfortable working both outdoors and in guest-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Parking Attendant Duties (assigned shifts/days):
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs
- Monitor parking passes and enforce time limits
- Maintain cleanliness of parking areas (trash removal, sweeping)
- Handle basic cash transactions and provide change when needed
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards
Pool Attendant Duties (assigned shifts/days):
- Ensure safety and comfort of all pool guests
- Enforce pool rules and prevent unsafe behavior
- Verify guest access with pool passes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area
- Assist with pool upkeep (including vacuuming)
- Sanitize equipment, collect towels, and assist guests with questions
General Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, responsive guest service at all times
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with guests and team members
Requirements:
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, attentive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Previoius experirence is a plus, but not required
Work Structure:
This role will rotate between parking and pool responsibilities based on scheduling needs.
