Job Summary:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Inventory Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you'll play a crucial role in managing our inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

·  Inventory Management: Oversee the physical processing of all inventories, including receiving, stocking, transferring, organizing, counting, research and detailed discrepancy reporting.

·  Operational Efficiency: Retrieve necessary stock to expedite orders efficiently, addressing any issues promptly to minimize delays.

·  Quality Assurance: Investigate Block List & Hold List occurrences, collaborating with warehouse personnel to resolve issues promptly and maintain smooth operations.

·  Accuracy Maintenance: Ensure accuracy in inventory counts through diligent digital and physical counting processes.

·  Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective measures to maintain inventory integrity.

·  Returned Merchandise Management: Inspect returned merchandise, facilitating appropriate processing and disposition.

·  Transaction Management: Handle processing and posting receiving transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

·  Logistics Coordination: Facilitate outgoing freight shipments as necessary, ensuring timely processing and delivery.

·  Database Management: Update databases with incoming and outgoing product information across multiple warehouses to maintain accurate records.

·  Shipping and Receiving: Safely unload and receive incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

·  2+ years of inventory experience.

·  Intermediate computer proficiency.

·  Physical Capability: Lift and move objects 10-50lbs, team lift objects over 100lbs; stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders.

·  Skilled in operating warehouse equipment like hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.

·  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·  Attentive to detail for detecting inventory discrepancies and defective products.

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
