credit. We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the Human
The Human Resources (HR) Assistant is responsible for a
providing a wide range of administrative support to the company including
answering phone lines, scheduling/managing calendars, coordinating meeting
arrangements and company events, creating presentations and correspondence, and
providing administrative support to the Executive leadership and HR department.
Must be resourceful, highly organized with a pleasant demeanor and customer
- Responsible for the day-to-day
facilities operations including supervising the maintenance, repair and
housekeeping of office areas and equipment; purchasing office supplies,
furniture, office equipment, food etc. for the entire staff.
- Performs administrative work
such as typing, and filing; greeting visitors
& managing sign-in process, accepting deliveries, and assisting with
the preparation of correspondence to clients.
- Formats reports, graphs,
spreadsheets, and presentations for Executive Leadership.
- Provides administrative support
for corporate recruiting, including scheduling interviews, and candidate
- Support benefits administration
- Arranges travel arrangements
and reservations for executive management as needed.
- Assists with special events
- Maintains confidentiality of
sensitive and confidential information.
- Additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- College degree or equivalent
work experience preferred.
- Three years of related
experience or relevant coursework.
- Strong computer and internet
skills including all MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good oral and written
- Must be efficient with strong
attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple
tasks and projects in a timely manner.
- Must have strong customer
support orientation (for internal/external customers), demonstrated
professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential
