Outside Sales (Commission Only)

Who You Are:
You are the right candidate for this job if you are comfortable and thrive in a commission only environment. This means you are a hunter. You hunt and kill deals in order to eat; if you don't hunt, then you don't eat. That being said, this is NOT a brute force sale. It involves timing, relationships, technology, finesse, collaboration, patience, and a keen understanding of your clients ACTUAL NEEDS. IT/Networking and Construction knowledge are helpful but not required.

This position would be a good fit for you if:

If you are selected to be part of our team we will train you to understand the prospecting/consulting/sales process to a science: how to find opportunities, how to engage the prospective client/project, and most importantly, how to build rock solid solutions to protect their people, protect their businesses, and give them peace of mind.
