Position Summary:
The Country Club of Louisiana is seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented Servers to join our dining team. Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests in a refined, hospitality-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service to members and guests

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly

• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings

• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset according to club standards

• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth dining operations

• Handle member requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (country club or fine dining experience a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
