Box Office Member

If you enjoy working with people, creating great guest experiences, and being part of the live music scene, we’d love to hear from you!

Weekend and evening availability is a requirement.

     Job responsibilities include;

• Selling tickets and assisting guests with ticketing needs
• Counting, organizing, and selling artist merchandise
• Answering guest questions in person and over the phone
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Assisting with general box office and event-related duties

Customer service experience is required. Previous box office, ticketing, or live entertainment experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
