Client Services/Charter Sales

A successful Client Services and Charter Sales team member will have a comprehensive working knowledge of the aviation industry. The position calls for extensive interaction with aircraft owners, charter clients, and various industry vendors.  Candidate must be able to work independently as well as a part of the team with a high level of professionalism, little guidance, and with the client’s best interests at the forefront of every decision.  Initiative, good judgement, and work ethic are the most important characteristics you must possess. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

        Trip planning in scheduling software to include arranging catering, ground transportation, and any special requests for passengers as needed

        Generating flight itineraries for managed clients and charter clients

        Flight tracking for all charter trips

        Verifying submitted post flight data in scheduling software

        Processing and assembling all trip information (itinerary, quote, invoice, expense reports, receipts, etc.) and submitting to accounting

        Entering new customer data, and other sales tracking data pertaining to customers, into scheduling software

        Communicating with all stakeholders including aircraft owners, pilots, maintenance personnel, and Flight Operations to ensure aircraft Owner’s schedule is accommodated and enhance possibility of charter trips

        Ensuring the satisfaction of all aircraft owners and charter clients through ongoing communication and quick response time to requests and/or complaints

        Developing and maintaining relationships with regular and prospective customers along with industry contacts

        Generating charter trip sales by quoting, quote follow ups, and booking trips.

        Contacting regular and prospective customers to seek potential opportunities

        Willing to attend industry events representing the company

        Providing on-call support from home on nights and weekends on a rotational basis with other Client Services/Charter Sales Staff


        Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

        Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing preferred but not mandatory

        A proven track record of consistently exceeded goals and objectives in a sales environment

        Must possess a high level of integrity and confidentiality

        Prior sales/customer service experience is highly desired 


Knowledge, Skills Abilities:

        Computer skills: Experience with aviation scheduling software preferred but not required. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have expertise in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, FOSNT Scheduling Software

        Private aviation knowledge helpful

        Ability to communicate professionally in person, on the phone, and via email throughout all levels of the organization and with clients or prospective clients.

        Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

        Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.

Other Qualifications:

        The ability to obtain a Dallas Love Field Security Badge is required

        Valid Driver’s License
