Development Officer, Monthly Giving (Permanent, Full-Time)

Vancouver, BC $30.40-$33.22/hour

We are looking for a strategic and motivated Development Officer to lead UGM’s Hearts for the City monthly giving program. Reporting to the Manager, Annual & Special Giving, you will manage donor cultivation, stewardship, and acquisition efforts that ensure consistent, sustainable revenue. Working closely with corporate, planned, and major giving teams, you’ll align efforts to turn prospects into major gift donors. Collaboration with the Annual & Special Giving team will also allow you to co-develop strategies for retention and stewardship, making a lasting impact on UGM’s mission.

You may come into contact with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems.  There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.

The starting wage range for this position is $30.40 to $33.22 per hour.
