Co-op/Student - Inside Sales Representative

Are you enthusiastic about agriculture, sales, or business?  Elmer’s Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and customer focused student to join our Sales Operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of agribusinees.

Availability: 4-month term starting in May

What You’ll Do: 

• Make outbound calls to new leads, web inquiries, and tradeshow contacts 

• Respond to inquiries, document information, and assign to Territory Managers 

• Set follow-ups and appointments

• Re-engage inactive opportunities 

• Follow up on demos, quotes, and inquiries 

• Maintain accurate opportunity stages and customer records 

• Perform CRM audits (duplicates, missing data, stages) 

• Log all customer interactions in CRM

• Assist with demos, tours, and events 

We’re Looking For: 

• Experience with outbound calling 

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, Salesforce experience is considered an asset

• Previous inside sales, customer service, or related experience
