Assistant Director Dietary and Housekeeping

The Assistant Director will be responsible for the overall operation of the Dining Services and Housekeeping Departments, meeting and or exceeding the hospitality and service standards.  A creative and enthusiastic team player who in the absence of the Director is able to maintain the standards of the departments without interruption or compromise of services.  Must be able to oversee, train, supervise and manage all members of the staff.  Full knowledge of the DOH regulations is preferred.  Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or closely related field, a minimum of two years experience in institutional Food Production, or combination of education and experience and must have successfully completed Servsafe or food safety training.
