The Lead Fitness Trainer is the face of the Fitness division of Moonlight Basin Club
Membership. This role is responsible for the overall member fitness experience,
financial performance, and development of the division as well as contributing
to the overall success of the Club Membership department. This individual will oversee
building a high-performance team of personal trainers and group instructors at
the aquatic and fitness centers.
- Manage daily
operations of all fitness facilities including the aquatics center, Lake
Lodge Fitness Center and Moonlight Lodge Fitness Center.
- Responsible for hitting monthly

classes and outreach to members related to fitness facilities.
- Set performance standards for personal
trainers and resolve any issues that arise.
- Develop product knowledge of
all fitness products and equipment.
- Effectively communicate all
department initiatives, standards, and directives.
- Responsible for ordering new
equipment for fitness and aquatic centers.
- Creates a positive and
healthy workplace environment that provides opportunities for advancement
- Responsible for organizing
and maintaining the equipment storage spaces.
- Responsible for the
cleanliness and organization of the Moonlight Lodge and LakeLodge Fitness

Maintenance department to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Responsible for maintaining the
cleanliness of the locker rooms at both Moonlight Lodge and LakeLodge

guests utilizing the fitness equipment and ensure they are using it in a

Must have current CPT certification within 60
days of employment. (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA, NFPT)
