Primary Function:

Responsible for

1. Control of records – Review and QA sign off, release of material for shipment. Collection maintenance and supervision of records, as per API Q1 latest ed.
2. Mill Test reports – Review and Control.
3. Work Order Files and records.
4. Maintains distribution of records on QA controlled document.
5. Approved and issue work orders in ERP system.
6. Data entry of test results and generates Mama MTR.
7. Create child MTR’s for customers.
8. Maintain control of material on hold or re-work.

Tools and Equipment:

Computer and other necessary manuals and procedures as required.

ERP system, MC system, .net data base and access data based.
