Be aware of how all food should be displayed
Prepares and restocks food. Re-stocks cutlery, napkins and condiments etc… as required
Remove all food offerings as directed
Serves customers at the Food Court outlets in accordance with company and departmental operating standards.
Completes setup and closing tasks as required and assigned. Ensure all Company and external rules with respect to hygiene are strictly followed. See attached.
Keeps Food Court serving area clean and tidy at all times
Where necessary assist in the bussing and cleaning of tables
Maintains and reconciles a cash drawer. Processes all sales through the POS system using agreed Company procedures.
Handles any customer complaints, and solicits the support of a supervisor as needed.
Develop and maintain an up to date knowledge of all Company events and promotions and be able to answer guests questions accordingly
Performs all other duties as assigned.
1. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Prior food and beverage experience preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills.
2. Must be able to lift, bend, kneel, stand, walk, push, pull, and carry weight for a full 8 hour shift.
3. Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
4. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.
