Aesthetician - Mysa Nordic Spa (Full and Part-Time)

Mysa Nordic Spa & Resort is Prince Edward Islands first Nordic Spa. Located in St. Peters. Mysa offers a wide range of spa and relaxation services including Scandinavian hot baths, essential oil steam rooms, cold water plunges, a Finnish sauna, massage therapy, meditation, and relaxation sessions. The resort also includes 17 water view accommodations, top-tier food and beverage service, and provides residents and visitors with a place to heal, rejuvenate, and refresh. Relaxation therapists reduce stress and promote relaxation & calm through massage. Relaxation and rejuvenation is the focus of  this treatment (treatment is not covered by extended health benefits)

As an Aesthetician at Mysa Nordic Spa, You Will

• Provide exceptional care and services to clients of Mysa Nordic Spa
• Discuss client concerns to develop the most effective approach to treatment
• Offer services in a spirit of respect and collaboration with other therapists and spa employees 
• Have complete knowledge of the services and products offered at the spa
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area and maintain an adequate supply of necessary supplies
• Observe and ensure the highest hygiene and sterilization standards are maintained
• Be receptive to customer questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner
• Adopt a positive attitude that will help maintain a friendly and professional environment

What You Bring

• High sense of professionalism
• Well organized, attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for customer service
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, managers, and associates
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Diploma in Esthetics or Massage Therapy from a recognized school is considered an asset
• 1+ years experience in Esthetics
• Previous experience working in a spa environment

Please note the opportunity for full-time and part-time are available.  If commuting from Charlottetown there is bus transportation that picks up and drops off at Mysa for only $2.00.
