Job description – This position is full time year round.  This person reports directly to the Reservations Manager. The primary responsibility of the reservation supervisor is to capture as many reservations and guest data as possible through making sure the reservation agents are performing their duties correctly and efficiently on inbound and outbound calls and utilizing NAVIS for guest data and reservation documentation.  They will also be expected to make decisions for agents and possibly handle challenging situations in a calm and professional manner. The ideal candidate is courteous, self-motivated and detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to -

·         Monitor tasks in the reservations call center all while maintaining a productive team

·         Monitor abandonment rate

·         Supervise agent productivity and breaks

·         Be respectful/ patient when taking calls

·         Effectively listen and identify customer needs to offer the appropriate reservation

·         Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards

Requirements –

·         Must be able to work flexible hours (day, mid, and late shifts, up to 10 P.M) and holidays

·         Ability to handle information confidentially

·         Strong communication skills; written and verbal

·         Analytical Ability

·         Self-Directed

·           Must have a friendly demeanor 

·         Excellent Organizational Skills

·         Must have Supervisory and Hospitality experience
