Full Time Position
Monday – Friday
Location:
Washington DC.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance to the company.
Handle all incoming mail and high-volume calls.
Assist in scheduling all attorney calendars.
Greet and assist walk-in clients with completing consultation forms.
Organize and file legal documents.
Take payments
Detail-oriented and interpersonal skills
Handle client payments/invoices
Other duties as requested.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual - Proficient in Spanish and English
Prior Customer Service experience
Must be computer literate and proficient in spreadsheet applications and word processing
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Efficient communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
