Do you have what it takes?:
- 2 + years full service restaurant Management experience
- Knowledge of bar inventory and controls
- Ability to motivate employees by positive attitude, and lead by example
- Promote restaurant sales and growth
- Ensure proper sanitation, food safety and quality, and exceptional service
- Experience with inventory and vendor invoices
- "Hands-on" management style
