Who We Are:
Clock’d is an all-in-one hiring platform designed specifically for hospitality businesses. Our aim is to find the team that is right for each client whilst saving time.
Our clients are bars, restaurants, and food service operations here in Wisconsin. Clock’d was started 4 years ago with the goal of providing service industry professionals an easier way to find opportunities with local businesses. Our organization works as the in-house recruiter for bars and restaurants, providing them with a managed platform designed with best practices in mind to save them time in finding the right candidate.
The Professional’s Manager is at the core of Clock’d. This position is responsible for interviewing all applicants who apply for our clients positions. The Professional’s Manager is responsible for moving new applicants through the pipeline whilst providing communication with applicants and clients throughout the entire process.
This role is responsible for engaging with many of Clock’d professionals in a variety of formats, including but not limited to email, text, and phone calls. The position is responsible for maintaining open communication with the Account team and providing assistance or feedback on how they can better improve each client’s recruitment process.

You are comfortable talking with a lot of different people and enjoy being the point of contact for individuals with questions. You enjoy taking ownership of your role and are comfortable working through ambiguity.
We are looking for an individual who enjoys tinkering and adjusting systems and improving processes along the way. Someone who has consistent follow through and is able to focus on details while keeping the big picture in mind. Finally, we are looking for someone who is excited about working on a small but passionate team to help reimagine how the hospitality industry hires.
1+ Years HR Background with Recruiting Experience.
Previous experience working in-service industry is a plus.
Being fluently bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a HUGE plus and is a strong preference.
Extremely comfortable talking on the phone, and comfortable emailing and texting with a wide range of professionals.
Strong Communication skills.
Strong Organizational skills.
Attention to detail and active note taking and listening skills.
Comfortable working with G-Suite
Experience or willing to learn Monday.com (or similar project management software), Calendly (or similar scheduling tools).
Thinking analytically and being able to interpret data about hiring or industry trends based on conversations with job candidates and clients.
Access to personal devices (and if working remotely a strong/consistent internet connection) is a requirement of the job.
