POSITION SUMMARY: The Creative and Digital Marketing Assistant will support in all marketing efforts, including overall creative strategy and design, social media, and online platforms for the company’s Director of Marketing and team. They will assist in creating content for online pages and advertisements, menu creations, and photography. They will create content and execute all Social Media platforms and digital advertising campaigns. The Creative and Digital Marketing Assistant contributes to the creation, management, and activation of key marketing events, both small and large in scope, with the goal of executing events on time, within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates, updates, and executes monthly social media content calendars and email marketing calendars.
  • Assist in content creation, video/photoshoots, and sourcing to ensure all content exemplifies brand standards.
  • Supports in designing and updating menus, graphics, and advertisements.
  • Assists with photography and photo editing.
  • Manages and updates daily content of all venue social medias and websites, thoroughly auditing weekly.
  • Proactively manages and monitors all social media accounts and delivers audience engagement reporting.
  • Works with the marketing team to maintain branding.
  • Analyze digital metrics and trends to improve and/or add functionality.
  • Familiarity and proficient with monitoring and analytics platforms and the ability to track activity to generate monthly reports.
  • Maintains venue marketing budgets along with the Director of Marketing as related to digital marketing.
  • Ensures project deliverables meet and/or exceed internal expectations with respect to quality, budget, timelines, and strategy.
  • Assists with all MEOs, event calendars, and ordering swag and props.
  • Manages drafting of all Marketing Event Orders (MEOs) for approval from Director of Marketing.
  • Negotiate contracts with local vendors who are necessary to execute successful events (décor, entertainment, swag etc.) as needed.
  • Coordinate announcements of marketing events across all marketing platforms and departments for all venues at least 30 days out.
  • Builds strong relationships with online advertising and sales partners, research and negotiate with new partners, and account management. 
  • Design and manage internal communications about digital marketing initiatives with relevant internal TC Restaurant Group departments.

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience as a digital account supervisor, or social community manager is preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing successful digital marketing plans across all digital channels is a must including social advertising.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with TripleSeat, Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics/DFA is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of online technology with particular focus in blogs, social networks (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), mobile and other emerging platforms.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • 2-4 years prior Marketing Experience.
