Training Assistant

Phoenix, Arizona Full-time

Kolbe Corp has been hosting educational events and workshops for over 40 years, and we know that the key to success is an amazing team of individuals behind the scenes to make them happen. We are a mission-driven business, where our focus is on helping our corporate and individual clients discover and develop their strengths. Our events are a mix of virtual and in-person, and require assembly/shipping of materials and on-site support.

We are looking for someone located within commuting distance to our office in Phoenix, AZ, though the ability to work remotely a few days per week is possible after a training period.

Job Responsibilities:

The Training Assistant provides great service to internal and external customers to assist with:

  • event scheduling and logistics
  • processing participant applications and pre-work
  • materials printing and shipping
  • LMS management
  • online platform production
  • on-site logistics and more!

Education and Experience:

1-3 years of experience in an office environment with customer service and/or administrative/project support responsibilities. Previous work with events or training is a plus.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
