Black Point Inn is currently seeking Bell Staff for our 2023 Season! Members of the Bell Staff are responsible for providing bell services to guests arriving and departing, providing a high level of customer service , helping around the grounds and setting up for events, as well as completing a checklist of daily tasks across the Inn. Our Guest Service Manager works directly with our members of the Bell Staff.
Staff should be prepared to offer an exceptional level of guest service on a
daily basis. Between their daily tasks of setting up the Inn for operation,
Bell Staff could find themselves assisting our guests and their fellow staff
members in a variety of ways. Ideal Bell Staff candidates are natural self-starters that can work well alone or as team, willing to learn new skills, and being enthusiastic about providing anâ€¯exceptional level of service to our guests and jumping in where they can.
Location: Black Point Inn, Scarborough, ME
Hours: Full-time and part-time available (shifts are 6am to 2 pm and 2pm to 8pm)
Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience +
Seasonal Position: Early May to end of October
Start date: 5/13/2023

Experience: No experience is required, we will train the right candidate.
Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.
Ability to work as a part of a team.
Ability to understand verbal and written directions, as well as workplace safety signage.
