Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Service Electrician who excels in both technical work and customer interaction. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in diagnosing electrical issues, presenting solutions, and closing sales while delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installation
• Diagnose electrical issues and present repair or replacement options to homeowners
• Provide clear, upfront pricing and close sales in the home
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures

Requirements:

• Residential or Journeyman License Preferred but not required
• 2 years experience in residential electrical service and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to present options and close sales confidently
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be available to work weekends as needed
