Senior Embedded Systems Engineer (TS/SCI with Polygraph)

Yellow Duck Technologies is seeking a cleared Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to support the development, analysis, and advancement of complex embedded systems and mission-focused technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, develop, and research embedded systems and software solutions.
• Lead technical efforts and support projects through completion.
• Collaborate with customers and technical teams to define priorities, milestones, and solutions.
• Document technical findings, processes, and developed capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. An additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years of experience analyzing and developing embedded systems.
• Extensive experience with embedded assembly languages (ARM, PPC, and MIPS).
• Proficiency in Python, C, and Assembly (ASM) development.
• Strong understanding of embedded environments (VxWorks, ELDK, or custom operating systems).
• Familiarity with debugging tools.
• Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with customers on research initiatives.
• Experience breaking down complex problems into structured milestones.
• Self-driven researcher with a track record of successfully completing highly technical, mission-critical tasks.
