Youth Advocate
BYLP is seeking energetic, positive, service-oriented individuals to work in school site, office and virtual settings with elementary, middle school and high school aged youth including interaction with the parents of program participants. This position provides a great opportunity to positively impact and influence the lives of black youth by being a supportive and nurturing advocate. The role is multifaceted and includes teaching, limit setting, advocating, services coordination and being a positive adult role model. Work as part of a dedicated team to make a difference in the lives of black youth. Act as liaison or advocate and implement programs that promote, maintain, and improve individual and overall development.
