Client Account Manager with Clock'd
Who We Are:
Clock’d is an all-in-one hiring platform designed specifically for hospitality businesses. Our aim is to find the team that is right for each client whilst saving time.
Our clients are bars, restaurants, and food service operations here in Wisconsin. Clock’d was started 4 years ago with the goal of providing service industry professionals an easier way to find opportunities with local businesses. Our organization works as the in-house recruiter for bars and restaurants, providing them with a managed platform designed with best practices in mind to save them time in finding the right candidate.
The Account Manager is the face of Clock’d for our clients. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with each client. The Account Manager will be the point person for clients throughout their time with Clock’d. This role acts as the client’s advocate and will communicate the client’s needs and pain points to the rest of the Clock’d team. The Account Manager will work hand in hand with the client to ensure Clock’d best practices are being engaged.
This role is responsible for engaging with Clock’d clients in a variety of formats, including but not limited to email, text, phone calls, and in-person meetings. The position is responsible for maintaining open communication with the Professional team and providing assistance or feedback on how they can better improve each client’s recruitment process.

Someone who is passionate about building relationships and providing personalized recommendations to each client. Finally, we are looking for someone who is excited about working on a small but passionate team to help reimagine how the hospitality industry hires.
Need to know restaurants and how to communicate with restaurant owners
Regular communication to 10+ clients on a regular basis
Focused on relationship building and client retention
2+ years of experience in client face roles or account management experience
Former management experience in the restaurant, bar, or hospitality space is a huge plus
Extremely comfortable talking on the phone, and comfortable emailing and texting with a wide range of clients
CRM software experience is a must*
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Strong Organizational skills.
Attention to detail and active note taking and listening skills.
Comfortable working with G-Suite
Experience or willing to learn Monday.com (or similar project management software), Calendly (or similar scheduling tools).
Thinking analytically and being able to interpret data about hiring or industry trends based on conversations with job candidates and clients.
Access to personal devices (and if working remotely a strong/consistent internet connection) is a requirement of the job.
Making outbound calls and emails on a regular basis
