Direct Care Worker / Caregiver

Location: Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and Berks Counties

Penn Home Health Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Care Workers to provide non-medical in-home care to adults who need assistance with daily living activities. We have multiple openings throughout our service area with flexible schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability.

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when appropriate
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration unless authorized)
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands when authorized
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Treat clients with dignity, respect, and compassion

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience as a Direct Care Worker, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, CNA, or related field preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Must meet all employment requirements
