is looking for an Assistant Community Director/Lifestyles Coordinator for its Churchill
at Golden Triangle brand new multi-family community. This position is responsible for assisting in
maintaining the daily operations of a residential property by providing
outrageous customer service every day.
Responsible to meet all the requirements of the Low-Income
Housing and Tax Credit Department of Housing and Community Affairs compliance
programs as well as 811 participants. Responsible
for leasing, greeting prospects, professionally presenting features and
benefits of the community, and coordinating, scheduling, and administrating
resident activities. Prepare and
maintain compliance reports for weekly submission to corporate office. Responsible
to proofread and organize all lease paperwork as well as the on-going file
maintenance and protection of compliance files.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Excellent
communication skills; written and verbal.
Must be customer service
oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff
and residents. Two years working
experience in a residential community required and LIHTC/50059 Program
knowledge preferred. Must have a Texas Drivers License and a clean driving
