Clean Team

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Clean Team Member to join our team. Who genuinely enjoys being around people, has a positive attitude towards health and fitness, and takes pride in maintaining world class cleanliness for our members and clubs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to thoroughly clean and sanitize different areas of our facility and understand the importance of responding quickly to members’ needs. To be successful as a member of our clean team you should be able to perform cleaning duties with minimal supervision and take pride in your work.

Responsibilities include:

• Keeping the facility in the highest standard of cleanliness

• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and areas around the club

• Checking and taking out trash in different areas of the club

• Basic and heavy duty cleaning

• Vacuuming 

• Mopping 

• Dusting 

• Delivering an exceptional member experience to members

• Connecting and developing relationships with members

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule (mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, some holidays)

• Ability to multitask

• Basic customer service skills

• Basic and heavy duty cleaning

• Empty trash cans

• Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, showers and countertops

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors

• Excellent communication skills

• Physically able to stand and move around all day

• A team-oriented mindset

• Self-motivation and drive
