Brew Yard Supervisor

Calling all beer lovers! Wachusett Brewing Company is looking for a fun and energetic individual with supervisory experience to work with the Manager in Supervising the Brew Yards. This is a great part-time opportunity for a craft beer enthusiast!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Brew Yard Ambassadors

*  Supervisor in both our Worcester and Westminster locations.

• Work with the Brewery Managers to ensure the Brew Yard Ambassadors are delivering superior customer service

• Assign resources appropriately to maximize efficiency

• Work in a sustainable and cost-effective manner

• Perform all Ambassador duties

o Represent the Wachusett Brewing Company brand in our Brew Yard

o Pour and serve Wachusett beverages to customers

o Perform growler and call-filling duties

• Work with Kitchen Manager to ensure consistent high-quality delivery and order accuracy

• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each customer

• Knowledge of all craft beers, specifically all Wachusett beers

• Be able to discuss the beers with customers

• Work in a fast-paced environment

• Check identification of customers in order to verify age 21

• Keep the Brew Yard clean at all times.

• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Prior Supervisory experience is a must

• Prior customer service experiences a must

• Knowledge of draught equipment

• Must be reliable

• Strong interpersonal skills

• TIPS certified

• Frequent lifting between 25 – 50 lbs

• CPR and First Aid Certified

• Cicerone Certification, a plus
