Human Resources Executive Assistant

We are looking for an HR executive assistant that will report to the HR Director. The person in this role will work on projects relating to hiring efforts, coordinating job fairs, company trainings and other HR events. The executive must be proficient in their computer skills as well as collaborating with others.

 Responsibilities

  • Assist with event coordination for all HR related events
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, referrals, etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Build HR – employee relationships at all properties
  • Attend Job Fairs in the area and plan and execute Job Fairs of our own.
  • Build relationships with Unemployment office, colleges, schools, churches in an effort to find out where the work force is
  • Coordinate training events with department managers
  •  Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience, policies, and procedures
  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements 
  • Promote company’s reputation as “Best place to work”
  • Successfully works with team members and supervisors to identify and successfully resolve Human Resources issues
  • Develops and maintains Human Resources related data in information systems, databases, records and files

 Skills

  • Solid ability to coordinate interviews
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong English skills
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Experience with Graphics and social Media
  • Knowledgeable with photo and video editing tools
