This is a part-to-full-time position that demands reliability along with the ability to produce constantly high-quality product. Compensation will be based upon experience. Quantity of hours offered for the position will be based off of performance and employee's preference. Those with professional baking experience are strongly preferred and commercial kitchen experience is a requirement.
Must be available to work shifts that are 5-8 hrs in length, beginning early morning that will occur throughout a variety of weekdays, weekends, some of IU Thanksgiving/Winter break, and some holidays through the end of 2022 AT MINIMUM.
A solid work history with relevant and up-to-date professional references.
Commercial kitchen experience
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, lift up to 50lbs, and remain on feet for the majority of the shift.
Must be able to work independently of direct supervision
Must be willing and eager to receive feedback in effort to refine one's practices and product
Must be excellent at communicating with other team members and supervisor.
Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
Knowledge of and care for vegan food preparation is a plus!
