General Production

 MCP designs and manufactures various private label and branded candles, candle accessories, and home fragrance products for major retail customers throughout the world. 

Join a team dedicated to quality.  You will be making, packing, inspecting, and otherwise assisting in the production of candles and related items.  This position requires the ability to work both independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.  Attention to detail, eye/hand coordination, and accuracy are necessary. 

Hours:  We work 10- to 12-hour shifts Monday thru Thursday. The day shift may start anywhere between 4:30 am and 7:00 am depending on the position, and the afternoon shift starts at 5:00 pm.  Mandatory overtime will be required frequently either by extending your shift or working on Friday. 

Education:  GED or high school diploma. 

Salary:  This position starts at $8.00 an hour.  Advancement opportunities available.  A great benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance is available after 30 days and a 401K match is available after 90 days.
