- Landscaping & Horticulture: Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass; weeding, pruning, and mulching garden beds.
- Turf Maintenance: Mowing, edging, aeration, and fertilization of lawns and athletic fields.
- Property Upkeep: Removing litter, leaves, and debris to ensure clean walkways, parking lots, and common areas.
- Equipment Operation: Using hand tools and heavy machinery, such as tractors, mowers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, and snowblowers.
- Irrigation Maintenance: Installing, repairing, and monitoring sprinkler systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
