Responsibilities of the position include:
· Applying customer payments
· Billing customer invoices in various systems
· Send statements of accounts to customers
· Follow-up with customers on past due invoices
· Send customer invoices
· Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role
· Good organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately.
· General math and data entry skills.
· Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
· Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion.
· Ability to adapt to job duty and department changes, as required
· Written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
· AR & AP experience
