The Email Marketing Specialist will lead the marketing team’s efforts to coordinate, build, launch and measure our outbound marketing campaigns, with an extra focus on email programs. We’re looking for a marketer who knows how to create content that attracts and converts, while also bringing a fun, authentic voice to our brand. As the owner of a large portion of our top-of-funnel marketing, we need a proven email-focused marketer who can build on existing success to increase the number of engaged leads marketing is creating for our national sales team. Hubspot experience is HUGE, as you will be managing our workflows and audiences to create Marketing Qualified Leads to pass along to sales. You will also need to build engagement programs that include virtual events such as webinars, virtual meet-ups and more. The ability to design email headers, buttons, supporting sales collateral and more is a must. This is a FT position with the opportunity to work remote. If this sounds interesting, then keep reading! 


Essential Functions: 

  • Create and execute our engagement programs in Hubspot: build target lists, segment audiences, create emails, promos and virtual events to convert prospects to qualified leads 

  • Drive the creation and refinement of differentiated product and solution positioning and messaging that resonates with our target market 

  • Be the expert on our buyer personas and their buying criteria, understand the planning and decision-making cycle to create content and emails that meet the buyer where they are in their customer journey 

  • Work with the other members of the Marketing department to develop monthly and quarterly campaigns that will ensure we hit our revenue goals 

  • Able to set, measure, track and report on marketing contribution and program goals 

  • Manage our yearly tradeshow calendar, including all logistics and pre-and-post-show marketing 

 

The cool traits we are looking for in you: 

  • Proficient in Hubspot  a MUST

  • Comfortable with the Adobe suite 

  • Familiar with Salesforce 

  • Excellent written communication skills with a proven ability to convert through email and content 

  • Time Management and ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines 

  • Organized and detail-oriented 

  • Creativity and ingenuity – a self-starter who thrives on scheming up and executing new ideas, who is never silent in a brainstorming session 

  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels in the organization 

 

Job Specifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field 

  • 2 years experience in a marketing role
