Host / Barista / Food Runner | The Copperfield – Chaska, MN

$12 - $18 / Hour

The Copperfield is hiring Front-of-House Team Members for our brand-new location opening inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an opening team and help create one of Chaska’s newest dining destinations. Guests will enjoy elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, brunch, and a unique dining experience overlooking the curling rink.

In addition to our restaurant and bar, The Copperfield will feature a coffee counter and grab-and-go market located right at the entrance of the restaurant alongside the host stand. Because of this unique setup, team members in this role will be cross-trained as Hosts, Baristas, and Food

Runners to help support the guest experience throughout the restaurant.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, hospitality-driven team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and are willing to jump in wherever needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist guests while managing waitlists and seating
• Prepare coffee, espresso, and grab-and-go orders
• Deliver food quickly and accurately while supporting smooth service
• Operate the POS system and handle guest transactions
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the front-of-house areas
• Support the team with bussing, resetting tables, and assisting where needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
• Positive attitude, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
• Interest in hospitality, guest service, and coffee culture
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
