Are you friendly and able to work in a multi-paced environment? The Graveyard Front Desk Agent attends to guests’ needs, included, but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering.

$22.00 - 24.00 DOE
Responsibilities
- Greet guests (with a smile) and assist guests during the night;
Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude when interacting with guests.
Provide guests with appropriate and accurate resort information.
Explain and provide any promotional items to each guest checking in
Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by running numbers that are not already in house
Running nightly reports and reconciling accounts.
Checking guest in/out.
Possess knowledge of reservation policies and procedures;
Maintain current knowledge of local area, attractions, events and weather.
Responding to guest needs and request.
Responds promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints and offer an alternate solution if guest demand cannot be met
Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported
Performing periodic security walks of the property.
Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form
Maintain all areas of the front desk
Open & close front desk as needed.
Cover other areas of hotel as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by front desk manager.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous guest service or hotel experience preferred.
Customer service experience required
Strong communication skills required for guest interactions.
Basic computer (Microsoft Office) and typing skills required.
Must be able to work independently.
Previous Audit experience not required.
Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts
Attention to detail and organized
