Taking food and beverage orders from customers and entering them in the computer.
Making menu item and drink recommendations.
Communicating any food allergy or special nutritional needs to kitchen staff.
Providing attentive service to diners. Refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals.
Promptly addressing customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary.
Performing opening/closing duties. Stocking and cleaning at server station, around kitchen and in the dining area.
Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Requires the ability to stand, move and walk all of 8-10 hour shift.
