House Person - Seaside Resort

** Up to $14/ hr

Job description - As a house person you will be assisting our team of Housekeepers and Supervisors while making sure our property is both visually appealing and safe. Your responsibilities will also include but are not limited to, responding to guest requests, identifying and reporting preventative maintenance issues, helping stock linen for our housekeepers, and keeping closets clean and organized. You will also ensure that the doors, windowsills, and hallways are free from debris and marks. The house person will help their team accomplish guests’ requests in a timely manner.

 House Person Job Responsibilities

·         Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards.

·         Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs

·         Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional

·         Aid in the removal of linens and trash

·         Deliver linens, towels, and toiletries to rooms

·         Follow up on guest requests from various departments in a timely manner

·         Clean windows, doors, and common areas

Requirements -

·         Previous experience in a related field is preferred but not required

·         Available to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays

·         Be able to stay on your feet for long periods of time
