The Director of Lodging will participate in an exciting and fast paced environment at the site level of a luxury community in Big Sky, MT. Responsibilities will include acting as liaison amongst the luxury vacation membership clubs, service team, residents, and members. 



  • Enhancing and refining the existing service culture between residents and the staff 

  • Timely response and resolution to escalated resident matters 

  • Building rapport through daily interactions and resident events 

  • Superior attention to detail relating to interior/ exterior presentation of residential properties.  

  • Creating efficiencies to improve the overall resident experience 

  • Creation, implementation and adherence to a property level budget  

  • Invoice review, coding and approval on an allocated basis to align with budget criteria using Certify. 

  • Account reconciliation including ledger review and owner statements.  

  • Ensure completion of work orders in a timely manner. 

  • Responsible for larger communication to residents related to property wide initiatives and projects as identified by senior leadership 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing owners and members to grow the residential portfolio.   

  • Maintain strong working relationships with existing owners in our home care and residential portfolio.  

  • Maintain relationship with vendors.  

  • Daily coordination with both the leasing and operations team to ensure an optimal owner and guest experience 

  • Tracking of daily, weekly and monthly analytics generated from surveys, the work order tracking system, or other means to analyze and improve operations at the site level 

  • Identify, create and gain approval for SOP and MOP and best practices for service and leasing teams, as required 

  • Responsible for daily building operations and ensure required preventative maintenance is schedule and completed.  

  • Create agenda and lead weekly/monthly team meetings 


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent, or equivalent years of experience
