• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly

• Supervise and support CNA staff during your shift

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Complete, accurate, and timely documentation

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license (State of Florida) (required)

• Current CPR certification (required)

• SNF/LTC experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Reliable, team-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
