Operations Manager – Aaron’s Towing (A Valor Fleet Services Company)

We’re hiring an Operations Manager to take ownership of Aaron’s Towing day-to-day operations—leading drivers, managing performance, and keeping the operation running at a high level.
You’ll work directly alongside leadership and collaborate across multiple brands under Valor Fleet Services, giving you the backing of a larger organization while owning a critical piece of the business.
This role is for someone who can lead from the front, solve problems fast, and hold a team accountable.
What You’ll Own
- Day-to-day towing operations for Aaron’s Towing
- Direct oversight of drivers (15–20 operators) and field performance
- Driver productivity, scheduling, staffing, and accountability
- Supporting dispatch operations and resolving real-time issues
- Handling client needs, escalations, and service requests
- Jumping in on special projects and operational support as needed
- Working closely with other departments and leadership across Valor Fleet Services
- Reporting directly to leadership and executing on operational priorities

Data & Decision Making
You don’t need to be an IT expert—but you do need to use data to run the operation.
- Review KPIs like driver productivity, arrival times, staffing levels, and overtime
- Identify problems early and take action without being told
- Work with reports, dashboards, and Excel (training provided where needed)
- Turn basic data into real operational improvements
What We Expect
- Proven experience managing teams of 15+ employees
- Strong leadership—you hold people accountable and get results
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing control
- Comfortable both in the field and handling administrative responsibilities
- Strong communication skills (email, phone, in-person)
- Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively
- Willingness to step in and support wherever needed
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in towing, transportation, or similar operations
- Hands-on experience operating trucks or equipment
- Ability to step in during emergencies and support the team directly
Work Environment
This is a hands-on operations role:
- Majority of time spent in the field with drivers and operations
- Some time at a desk for emails, reporting, and meetings (virtual & in-person)
