We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to support accurate, timely payroll processing while working alongside an experienced payroll team.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of payroll processing experience
• Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Paycor, Smartlinx or similar platforms).

Technical Skills

• Understanding of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and wage laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
• Ability to reconcile payroll reports and maintain accurate records.

Soft Skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary: $65,000.00 - 75,000.00
